By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service . You may request a solid colour / gradient / pattern background free of charge. Detailed backgrounds involve sceneries, objects etc.A complexity fee may be added onto the base price if your character has a detailed or intricate design.

Copyright and usage policy

All commissions are for personal use only, meaning the artwork won't be used to generate any kind of profit. Using it as a wallpaper/avatar on sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing it on items for yourself (not with the intent to sell) are all examples of personal use. If you wish to use the piece comercially, you must nofity me before any payment is made.Any user on my Blacklist is strictly prohibited from commissioning me or using my work in any capacity.Commission usage:I, the artist,retain the rights to the produced drawing. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;-Promote myself within any place or site using the piece.
-Display it anywhere to my liking (unless agreed upon prior to purchasing that the commission is private).
-Post it on any social media platform.And you, the commissioner, are permitted to;-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (unless agreed otherwise).
-Repost the said image with credits (acknowledging that I am the creator)The following is considered infringement of these terms:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way).
-Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my consent.

Process

I am more than happy to make a fair amount of alterations to the commisssion in the sketch stage. Once this has passed however, you are limited to 3 minor edits on a piece. Any major edits will incur an extra charge depending on how complex they are.Minor edits include: * marking changes, color changes, and other small fixes.*Major edits include: * full limb movement, background changes etc.This being said be sure that you are 100% happy with the sketch so major changes do not become an issue.*As I am progressing on your piece you may ask for updates frequently, though please limit requesting them to a minimum of one every three days to allow reasonable progress to be made. If you haven't asked for an update and I have made a fair amount of progress I will provide you with updates regardless to ensure you are satisfied with the piece.All commission updates will also be posted to my Trello, and you may view this board to see where you are at in my queue, and other work I'm in the process of completing:

The timeframe for your commission to be completed within can be up to 3 months maximum, however the average turn around time is 2-3 weeks .I do not usually take more than a month to finish an order, and this timeframe is given just in case any personal issues arise which may affect my ability to work. The complexity of your piece and the place of your order in my queue may also effect the time in which it takes to fully complete the artwork.
If you wish for your commission to be completed by a certain date, garunteed, it is possible. However, a priority fee will apply. This fee varies depending on the size and complexity of the piece. The minimum time I can have your piece completed within when paying the fee can be as small as several hours after payment if requested.

Refunds

Once the art is completed refunds are no longer available. I will only issue a full refund if deemed by myself that progress has not been made within a reasonable time limit (if I have not acted according to my tos, for example). All changes and/or partial refunds must be made whilst the art is still a work in progress, however this must be approved by myself and there must be a valid reason for it. In no circumstance should it be necessary to file a chargeback rather than requesting a refund as in circumstances where it is reasonable I am more than happy to come to a solution with a customer.All of my social medias can be found here so if you do have trouble contacting me do not hesitate to reach out elsewhere!♡
